To Bee or Not To Bee
In the weeks leading up to Halloween, we all ask ourselves the same question, “What should I be?” Some years, we’ve agonized over this decision, scrolling through costume ideas online and trying to find exactly the right one. If you’re having trouble deciding, we have an idea! As it turns out, the answer is hidden right in the question. This year, you should be a bee!
We totally understand that bees make some people nervous. However, we can’t deny that they’re still pretty cute, especially compared to some other insects. (We don’t want to insult any bugs, but the one we’re thinking of rhymes with “shmentipede.”) Their fuzzy, striped bodies are rather adorable, and on top of that, their ability to pollinate plants and make honey is pretty awesome too.
Design & Details
You’re sure to feel cute as a bug in our Plus Size Buzzin’ Bumble Bee Costume for Adults! Our designers created an easy-to-wear tunic with the classic black and yellow stripe pattern that flares out at the bottom to help give you a round bumblebee shape.
Hook and loop fasteners secure the tunic in the back, and iridescent wings attach near your shoulders to really help the outfit take off! A black and yellow headband features wire-supported antennae with yellow pompoms at the ends to add the finishing touch. You’ll be buzzing with excitement whenever you slip into this delightful costume!

Size 2XI for Once in my life busted out the tape measure to make sure I ordered the right size and it was to small :( very inaccurate sizing charts. I will say it seems made very well, good quality. The costume is very small for a 2x. I even ordered a size up from my normal. The stuffing is minimal and awkwardly bunched up, you cannot adjust it because its in between layers.
