Design & Details
Inspired by the Hulu series, The Handmaid's Tale, this women's plus size costume captures the look of the signature uniforms worn by Handmaids. The exclusive design includes a crimson red dress and a cape. The cape features an oversized hood, so it fits easily over the 2-part bonnet. Finally, the costume comes with an off-white satchel that fits around your shoulder. The whole ensemble does a great job of making you look just like Offred, so you can secretly try to sabotage plans of the Gilead!

Size 4XThis costume is very well-made. The material is heavy-duty. I would definitely size-up when ordering the costume. Everything looks perfect! It comes with all the accessories you need (two different bonnets, belt, and satchel). I can't wait to wear it on Halloween! Overall it was a great choice. I’m glad I bought a size up. It ran small across my bust and torso. Fabric had good weight. A side seam frayed open and had to be mended before I wore it. The cross shoulder bag was a welcome accessory. Not sure who measured these for the size chart but they are at least 3 inches off. I measured my chest 6x before ordering. Chest measured 48 and 3x says 51 1/2 inches for size chart. I can't even zip it up in the back. Height 5'9 | Size 3XThis costume was surprisingly good quality!! The fabric was thick and durable the color was amazing. The only problem was that there was no stretch and I'm busty so it didn't really sit right. But all and all im please. The costume was true to character. It cane with both the outerwear and the traditional inside dress. I will forever come here for my costume needs. Height 5'9" | Weight 255 | Size 4XI went with the 4x (I'm normally a 2x) because I thought if it's bigger I can hem it but it fits pretty well. I'm 5'9" and it just barely touches the ground so I had to hem that up. The first cap is too small unless I just don't know how to wear it but the main hat fits fine. The fabric is heavy duty and I was surprised and glad that it didn't feel cheap at all. The color looks great as well. I am overall very satisfied with my outfit. Height 5'8" | Size 4XGet this costume--you will not be disappointed! The fabric is a deep wine red is thick and has a heavy weight that will not easily fly away or feel cheap. I ordered the 4X and the bust sizing was a bit off (could not zip it all the way up) but the sleeves and bottom half were perfect and roomy. My bust is a bit on the larger side so that may be why the sizing felt off. You will get the red dress, red cape with hood, house bonnet, outside bonnet, a belt, and a canvas bag. Just like the TV series. The dress and cape both go down to my feet (I am 5'8" for reference.)
